  1. Effortless Deposits with the Bill Acceptor Depositing cash has never been easier. Simply select "Insert Bills" on the main screen, enter your PIN, and insert bills as directed. The total amount will update on the screen, allowing for quick and accurate tracking.

  2. Daily Reporting Made Simple To print an End of Day or Shift Report, go to "Other" on the main screen, enter your PIN, and select the report type. This process ensures each shift’s transactions are accounted for, streamlining cash management and providing clear oversight of daily activities.

  3. Adding and Managing Clerks and Managers Properly assigning and managing user access is critical. Managers can add new clerks or make changes to existing accounts directly from the "Clerk Accounts" option under the "Other" menu. For security, every change is protected by PIN verification.

  4. Flexible Drop Options When it comes to making manual drops, the Loomis Smart Safe allows users to select deposit types (cash, checks, or other), ensuring each transaction is logged accurately. Remember to complete a bank deposit ticket and log the bag into the Loomis Consignment Log for added security.

  5. Scheduled Loomis Courier Process Our Loomis Courier Process is designed for secure, timely cash pickups and change orders. Every Loomis representative is easily identifiable in uniform, with identification available on request, ensuring peace of mind for all personnel involved.

  6. Comprehensive Safe Reporting The Loomis Smart Safe’s reporting options provide our team with instant insight into transaction history, vault activity, and balances. These reports can be accessed on-demand, allowing managers to monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with company policies.
