How To Open A Facilities Ticket

Purpose: The goal is to learn the process of creating and submitting a facilities request.
Step 1:
Navigate to Service Channel
Step 2:
After using Roboform to gain access to the login credentials for the Service Channel, Click LOGIN
Step 3:
Begin filling the Full Name/Title Field. For the Title, please state the reason for the ticket. For example: "Veronica Martinez/Banner"
Step 4:
Click the "Please choose an area" field.
This will identify where the matter must be addressed.
Step 5:
In Problem Type, select Please Choose a type.
Step 6:
In Equipment, select Please choose equipment
Step 7:
In Number of contact, put the phone number you can be reached at (Office Phone).
Step 8:
In Problem Code, select Please choose a problem code. (This updates depending on the Problem Type & Equipment Selection from Step 6)
Step 9:
Once Problem Code has been selected, click Next.
Step 10:
Fill out the Troubleshooting Tip Field. This refers to answer the tip listed above the text box.
Once completed, click Next.
Step 11:
Before submitting, click on Add Attachments in order to upload photos related to your submission. Once done, select Submit.
