FRESHWORKS VIEWS SETUP

Updated: Feb 10

Purpose: To successfully set up the Freshworks View in a manner that allows you to identify the correct timestamps and avoid negatively impacting the client experience.


STEP 1

Before you begin. make sure you are in the “Contacts” section of Freshworks as shown below.



STEP 2

Verify you have the correct views by:

  • Click (A) Settings > Click (B) Customize Table

    • The view must match to this (picture on right)

    • Check the boxes to select

STEP 3

To move and organize the views:

  • Click and Drag the dots next to the view name.


STEP 4

Organize the following in order:

STEP 5

Once you verified the mandatory views

  • towards the bottom of the views box, Click APPLY

Make sure to extend the “Created at” tab to view the time. (As shown below)

Attention:

Your views follow every tab you select in Freshworks within the Contacts Page.


Warning: if you move to another computer, you will have to reselect all of these views.
